Cranberry Sauce

Adapted from Eat Drink & Be Vegan.
Ingredients:
  •  1 ¾ cups fresh cranberries
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
 Directions: 
In a pot on medium-high heat, combine the ingredients and bring mixture to a boil stirring occasionally. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cook for about 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Once sauce has thickened, taste test, and add vinegar is desired. Serve warm or chilled.
